 KAMAC SARL, was founded In December of 2014 and legalised in 2021 as a real estate company with head office in Bamenda. The company’s primary goal is to ensure that all properties under its supervision are managed according to the goals of the owners, maintained in a cost effective manner and maintain an excellent physical condition.

The principals involved have had extensive experience buying and selling of properties, in managing condominiums, Town, homes, cooperatives and rental properties. They have also been involved in soil test, architectural designs, land surveys, realization of building projects, drawing of site plans etc

KAMAC SARL came in to solve the problems of the population searching for properties to buy and ending up purchasing properties with litigations or trying to sell and do not know how to go about it or who to contact. We helped clients to purchase genuine properties with no future court cases. We operate within the 10 regions of the Republic of Cameroon
